Pomegranate Smoothie
Ingredients:
(Serves 1)
3 pomegranates
1/2 cup frozen raspberries
1/2 cup frozen blackberries
200 ml water
Blend together, allow to sit, so seeds settle to bottom or strain and serve. So sweet :)
