Summer Fruits Frosty Smoothie
Ingredients:
(Serves 1 or 2)
3 cups frozen apple pieces
2 cups frozen blackberries and/or raspberries
1 cup pitted soaked dates
500ml water
In a blender add all the ingredients and blend together until smooth. Yum!
