Persimmon Platter
Ingredients:
(Serves 1 or 2)
14 beautifully ripe plump squishy persimmons (Sharon fruit) picked up from my local market for only £2!
Just dig in to them one by one or remove the leaves and blend into a rich delish smoothie.
