Kiwis
Ingredients:
(Serves 1)
8 medium kiwis*
Rinse, slice in half and scoop out with a teaspoon. You can even eat the skins if you fancy. Delicious monomeal.
* make sure they are really soft and when they're cut they look slightly transparent.
